Founding Call
Founding-phase call for advisors, contributors and institutions aligned with open decision integrity.
01
Purpose
Planetary Integrity Foundation is entering its founding phase.
The initiative is looking for a small circle of serious advisors, contributors and institutions aligned with open decision integrity, Consequence Intelligence and accountable human governance.
This is not a mass campaign, a public membership program, a hiring process or a fundraising announcement. It is a controlled founding call for people and institutions able to strengthen the initiative before it seeks broader visibility or institutional authority.
02
Why now
Major decisions are increasingly made under conditions of systemic complexity, fragmented evidence and long-term consequence.
Infrastructure, climate adaptation, AI adoption, energy transition, finance and public priority decisions can reshape territories, institutions, communities and planetary systems for decades.
The world does not lack information. It lacks consequence visibility where power becomes commitment.
Planetary Integrity Foundation is being created to help make those consequences more visible, reviewable and accountable before decisions become irreversible.
03
Who we are looking for
The founding phase requires people and institutions able to improve the seriousness, quality and credibility of the initiative.
Relevant profiles may include:
- governance and institutional design experts;
- AI governance and AI safety specialists;
- systems thinkers and complexity researchers;
- climate, infrastructure and resilience experts;
- public policy and regulatory advisors;
- legal and accountability experts;
- evidence, data and model governance specialists;
- technologists focused on transparent and reviewable systems;
- philanthropic, academic or institutional actors aligned with public-interest infrastructure;
- communicators able to preserve accuracy without simplifying the mission into slogans.
04
What we are building
The initiative is developing four connected elements.
- 01
Planetary Decision Integrity Protocol
An open framework for mapping consequences, tracing evidence, reviewing assumptions and preserving accountable human judgment.
- 02
Kairo
A planned AI-enabled Consequence Intelligence engine designed to support the protocol by connecting evidence, assumptions, uncertainty and systemic effects.
- 03
Decision Integrity Check
A reviewable output artifact designed to make the decision record, consequence logic, evidence base and unresolved uncertainty visible before action.
- 04
Institutional Trust Layer
A governance, contribution, use case and archive structure designed to protect independence, transparency, public-interest orientation and reviewability.
05
What founding contributors can help with
Founding contributors may help review, refine or develop:
Contribution must remain bounded, explicit and reviewable. The initiative is not looking for uncontrolled expansion.
- protocol structure and terminology;
- governance safeguards;
- conflict-of-interest rules;
- contributor admission logic;
- evidence and uncertainty models;
- AI authority limits;
- Decision Integrity Check structure;
- use case framing;
- public archive standards;
- institutional communication;
- early outreach strategy.
06
What this call does not mean
This founding call does not imply:
These limits protect the integrity of the initiative and the people who may decide to support it.
- employment;
- compensation;
- official membership;
- legal incorporation status;
- governance authority;
- representation rights;
- partnership;
- endorsement;
- funding;
- institutional adoption;
- certification;
- access to confidential systems;
- authorization to speak on behalf of the foundation.
07
How to engage
A useful first conversation should answer at least one of these questions:
- What risk should the initiative avoid from the beginning?
- Which governance safeguard is essential?
- Which decision domain should be treated as the first serious test case?
- Which evidence or uncertainty problem must the protocol handle?
- Which AI authority boundary must never be crossed?
- Which institution, advisor or contributor should be involved early?
- What would make the initiative credible enough to deserve attention?
08
Current status
The website now contains the first public structure of the initiative:
The next phase is to move from published structure to serious founding conversations.
- the Founding Brief;
- the Planetary Decision Integrity Protocol;
- Kairo;
- the Decision Integrity Check;
- the Governance Model;
- the Contribute pathway;
- the Use Cases frame;
- the Public Archive structure.
